Who sells the templates
Olvatra is run by TODO: full name as registered, TODO: registered business address, business ID (IČO) TODO: IČO. Payments are taken by TODO: Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record): it processes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country and sends your receipt.
What you can do with a template
When you buy a template you get a licence to:
- use it for yourself and inside your own business, as many times as you like;
- use it to do work for your clients, and share the results (reports, numbers, screenshots) with them;
- change it in any way for your own use.
You may not:
- resell, give away or publish the template file, changed or unchanged;
- include it in a template, course, bundle or product that you sell or give away;
- share one licence across a company. Teams of more than 5 people using the same file need one licence per 5 people.
Delivery and updates
You get a download link straight after payment. If we release an improved version of a template you bought, you can download it free from the same link or by asking us.
Responsibility for results
Every formula is tested before release. Even so, the templates are tools: the numbers they show depend on what you enter. Check anything you rely on for tax, invoicing or legal purposes. Our liability for any purchase is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow a limit.
Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law. Withdrawal and refunds are covered on the Refunds page. These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the law of your country of residence.
